*The New Zealand versions of the Swellpro Drones (FD1 FD1+, FD1S, FD2, FD3 & the SD4+) are splash resistant but not waterproof, which means they will resist the entry of water to an IPX5 level. Some parts of the drone are purposely designed not to be 100% watertight & therefore the drone should not be submerged under water or landed in the surf. To reduce the effects of salt corrosion, the user is advised to wash any saltwater off with fresh water. Always follow all documentation, videos & instruction manuals that come with the drone. Please note that the SD4, FD3 and Max controllers are splash resistant, while the FD1 and FD1+ controllers have no water resistance.

** The SwellPro warranty on the SD4, FD1, FD1+, Max and FD3 drone bodies are one year; the warranty for batteries is 6 months; the warranty for propellers and landing gear is 1 month. For more information please go to our warranty page.

*** JCMatthew NZ Ltd will only honour warranties of product that was supplied by JCMatthew. For any product that was supplied either locally or internationally but not by JCMatthew, the customer will need to contact their dealer for product assistance.
